Jeff leads both U.S. and global teams for the Wunderman network. He is an expert in multichannel direct and digital communications in addition to organizational technology alignment focusing on patients and HCPs, as well as other target audiences. Jeff has a passion for all things health, including disease prevention and building marketing communications programs to improve health outcomes. His knowledge of data and technology has been instrumental in engaging both HCPs and consumers with health care brands, optimizing marketing effectiveness, and driving results for both B2B and B2C clients.
As an industry leader in mapping customer experience, Jeff enables the development of marketing programs that align on customer needs, attitudes, and opportunities — thereby engaging target audiences, driving acquisition, and increasing persistence and compliance. He is a network trainer on customer experience mapping and organizational alignment for building successful customer initiatives.
Jeff has been instrumental in many DTC blockbuster launches and has experience marketing new and innovative medicines. He has extensive experience across multiple disease categories, including; oncology, female health, CNS, autoimmune disease, infectious diseases, dermatology, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia, and pain. Jeff is a leader in the evolution of health care, from treating to preventing disease and improving health outcomes to pharmacoeconomics and health care policy implications.
Previously, Jeff was director of marketing for the American Psychological Association. He graduated from East Carolina University and completed strategic marketing training at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management as well as WPP leadership training with Harvard Business School and London School of Economics.
